退款政策

1: Though we hope you will love our products, for any reason if you decide to return your purchase for a refund, please email us (lotus@lotusandmichael.com) within 30 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your return request, a pre-paid return label will be issued to you in the following business day.

2: Returns are free for domestic orders (both garment and non-garment orders), but if you have paid any shipping&handling fee when you placed the order, that part won’t be refunded to you. International customers are responsible for the return expense incurred.

3: All the items must be returned in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, fully refolded and packaged with original hangtag never untied).

4: Make sure you will pack the return goods securely to avoid any damage during shipping. To international customers, please declare your package as “returned goods”. Failure to do so may cause extra charges such as customs fee which will be deducted from your refund.

5: Please obtain a proof of postage from the office where you dropped off your return package, in case your return fails to reach us.

6: An email notification will be sent to you once the inspection of your return is completed. With a passed result, the refund will be issued to your payment account within 3 business days.
